Jens DIR/DOP from Berlin, and Fiete, co-founder of EFFECTIV TEAM got to know each other over the last few years while working together on high-end beauty commercials in Hamburg. They quickly realized that they complemented each other in a unique way.
They both agreed that, especially in today's world, where formats, technologies, budgets and structures in advertising films are changing rapidly, unconventional thinking, as well as lean and efficient new approaches are needed.
After working together on a couple of projects they decided to unite their skills and create a company beyond tabletop, combining sophisticated craftsmanship and imagery with cutting-edge technologies. The FJUSION LAB was born!
➔ IDEA
The idea behind the FJUSION LAB is to bring together the core team of creatives from idea to execution with direct communication to completely focus on developing the best output, rather than wasting time and budget.
Thanks to many years of experience, we can evaluate ideas in the early stages of their creation to see if they can be implemented within the given scope and budget and, if necessary, develop alternatives. The synergy of creativity, technical know-how and understanding of customers needs and the market is what makes us special.
Beyond this symbiotic collaboration, our LAB is open to any form of production and constellation—bring your own team members or work entirely with us.
We're an open house with a holistic approach, where we can realise your ideas as a partner of productions, agencies and much more. Let's extend the limits of our imagination together.
➔ SKILLS
Both Fiete and Jens have many years of experience in the advertising film industry. The Effectiv team has set benchmarks in developing special effects in high-speed photography over 20 years. There is hardly anything that Fiete and his team can't build or have not already built.
Jens can be seen as the Swiss Knife for comprehensive projects. Combining in-depth technical knowledge with a pronounced sense of aesthetics and storytelling. His unconventional thinking and pragmatic approach are formative for his work.

We want to reinvent the entire production process, from ideation to implementation, together with you!
Our LAB consists of studios and workshops. With the help of our creative neighbours in Kolbenhöfe—set designers, stylists, and wood and metal workshops—we can build and create whatever is needed to bring any idea to life.
Our own camera, lighting and grip equipment gives us the opportunity to be flexible when it comes to shooting and offering carefree package deals.
